Players work in groups of 2 with a sliotar per group.
One player stays on the end line while the other stands opposite at the 14m line.
On the coaches whistle the player on the 14m line turns and sprints to the 21m line and turns back.
As they turn, the player on the end line plays the sliotar to them. (either along the ground, chest high or in the air depending on the coaches instructions).
The player must gain control of the sliotar and pass back to the player on the end line.
They then run back to the 14m line and the exercise is repeated.
The roles are switched after about 45 seconds continuous work
Progression
The player on the end line may pass at any height or manner they wish to. (i.e. improves reactions)
