Out of the Middle

Aim/Focus:
- Improve support play and switching the play.
How to Play:
- A large square is marked out approximately 30m x 30m.
- Players are split into 4 even groups with a group on each corner.
- On the coaches whistle the first player in each group solos with the sliotar to the centre of the square.
- When they reach the centre, they pass to the group to their right, using either chest pass or playing the sliotar along the ground.
- The player receiving the pass controls the sliotar and solos into the middle of the square, thus repeating the exercise.
- The passer joins the group that they have passed to.
