Two Forward, One Back

Aim/Focus:
- Improves acceleration & stopping.
How to Play
- Players are split into groups of 2-3 and line up opposite a line of cones.
- The first player in each group, while carrying the ball, runs out to the second cone and then back to the first.
- They then run out to the 3rd cone and back to the 2nd, effectively two steps forward one step back.
- This is repeated until the reach the final cone where the turn and run back to the next player in the line and hand pass the ball to them.
Progression
- Add more cones to increase the length of the line
