Figure 8 Kicks

Aim/Focus:
- To practice short and long kicks on the run accurately.
How to Play:
- There are 3 or 4 people per group.
- Players A and D are 30m apart and players B and C are 20m apart.
- Players pass to opposite cones while running using punt and hook passes.
- Player D passes to player A who then passes
to Player B who then passes to Player C who
passes back to Player D.
- Players follow their passes and stay at that
cone waiting for the ball
Progression
- Use non preferred foot.
- Coach/defender adds passive pressure.
