Aim/Focus:

  • To practice short and long kicks on the run accurately.

How to Play:

  • There are 3 or 4 people per group.
  • Players A and D are 30m apart and players B and C are 20m apart.
  • Players pass to opposite cones while running using punt and hook passes.
  • Player D passes to player A who then passes
    to Player B who then passes to Player C who
    passes back to Player D.
  • Players follow their passes and stay at that
    cone waiting for the ball

Progression

  • Use non preferred foot.
  • Coach/defender adds passive pressure.
