Aim/Focus

  • To Improve hop & solo while running

How to Play

  • Set out cones as shown, 30m opposite each other.
  • 2/3 players line up behind each cone.
  • One ball per group.
  • The player hops & solos the ball and hand passes to the player opposite, who then receives the ball & does the same.

Progression

  • Replace the hand pass with a punt pass
  • Increase the distance that the ball is carried
