Practice evasion techniques at match pace & dealing with traffic.
How to Play:
This exercise involves 16 players & 4 footballs.
It can be a handpass exercise or a kickpass exercise depending on the distance set apart.
There are 8 groups set up in a rectangle, there are two separate exercises running at the same time.
One goes across the two diagonals of the rectangle
while the other 4 groups form a diamond.
The 1st exercise is a simple handpass drill where
the ball is switched from one diagonal to the other.
Players have to time their runs & their pass to cope
with the player traffic of the other drill.
The 2nd exercise is another simple handpass drill
where the ball is played wide to the right . The ball
follows the same direction until a change is called.
