The Impact of Good Kicking – Football
Date: 24th February 2012
Venue: Ballyboden St Endas
Tutor: Pat O’Shea
Pat has a huge amount of experience taking Kerry to 2 All-Ireland Finals in his time as manager winning in 2007.  The aim of the course is to provide coaches with ideas for improving kicking accuracy and to keep possession. The key to being able to kick well is to have a sound basic technique.

On the Ball – Essential Ball Skills – Hurling

Tutor: Paddy McCormack
Paddy McCormack from Thurles Sarsfields, current Tipperary Institute manager and former former U21 and minor Tipperary Hurling manager takes a session in Fingallians. The aim of the training workshop is to offer coaches in-depth practical ideas on how to Implement advanced routines with the emphasis on quick handling, set out conditioned games that encourage speed of thought and many other ideas.

Heart Rate training -  for Footballers & Hurlers

This workshop is a ideal workshop for mentors of both Football & Hurling Teams. Paddy was the trainer of 2003 Tyrone All-Ireland Champions,  involved with Down senior footballer in 2011 and senior lecturer with St Marys College,Belfast
