Understanding Forward Play
Keith Ricken,  former Cork Footballer and Coach to CIT Sigerson Cup winning team takes a session on Forward Play in Lucan Sarsfields this Friday evening – 21st October 2011. The aim of the course is to provide coaches with practical strategies for improving forward play. i.e. Scoring./ Support Play/ Creating Space/penetration.

The Need for Speed
Dan Tobin, former Irish representative  at 400m and strength & Conditioning Coach with Leinster Rugby will take a workshop which  aims to provide coaches with new ideas for speed development, with particular emphasis on speed requirements needed for Gaelic Games.
