The Certificate in Conditioning for Gaelic Games now in its third year provides coaches with the principles needed to condition adult athletes effectively and analyze sporting movements, design skill development programmes. It has been specifically designed to cater for mentors of teams from U16 and older. We hope to begin this course in late November 2011
Workshop/ Information Evening – Wednesday 2nd November @ 7.30pm

This new course has been developed by Dublin GAA & NADA and in conjunction with the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown. This programme covers topics such as the long-term athlete development for youths sport, the components and importance of developing functional movement patterns, physical competency, periodisation and monitoring. The course will be delivered in a modular format lasting 12 weeks and will involve formal assessment. This course has been designed by popular demand for mentors of Youth & children teams (U15 and younger) and is due to start in Jan 2012
